At only 22 years old, Garrett Huffman has accomplished an impressive amount of career milestones since teaching himself how to play the guitar during the pandemic of 2020. His original music and rapidly growing reputation led to endorsement deals with Willow Creek Guitars, S.I.T. Strings Co., and Franklin Strap, and in 2025 he became an official partner with 2X Shark Tank Entreprenuer Christopher Guerrera and also worked with Pepsi on major projects that included writing the song “Born In The Carolinas” that was used in commercials throughout North and South Carolina. Garrett has amassed countless fans across the United States and, on January 20, 2024, Garrett was bestowed with the esteemed “2023 Carolina CMA Entertainer of the Year” award by the Carolina Country Music Association at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach, SC. His victory was fueled by the overwhelming support of his fan base, earning him the highest number of votes ever recorded in the history of the competition. On November 2, 2025, Garrett was awarded the “Rising Star” award by the Josie Music Awards at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN. Garrett is a Nashville Recording Artist and Professional Member of the Country Music Association and has graced the stage at over 700 shows across North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, Illinois, Texas, Georgia, and Tennessee, since his performance debut in 2021. Backed by management in Nashville, TN, Garrett continues to build a national presence as one of the most promising young artists in country music. He is currently collaborating with a powerhouse team of hit songwriters, including Curt Gibbs (credits: Dylan Scott, Rodney Atkins), Terri Jo Box (credits: Miranda Lambert, Cody Johnson, Lainey Wilson, Ashley McBryde), Lonnie Fowler (credits: Jordan Davis, Tim McGraw, Trace Adkins), Joel Shewmake (credits: Brad Paisley, Gary Allan, Craig Campbell), and Wil Nance (credits: George Strait, Tracy Lawrence), further cementing his rising status in the industry.
